2. Service Terms and Conditions
a. Use of Services:
By accepting this Contract Offer, the Client agrees to use the VPN services provided by INNOVATIVE RETAIL SOLUTIONS SAS in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. The Provider is not liable for any illegal or unauthorized use of the service by the Client.
b. Data Privacy:
The Provider (INNOVATIVE RETAIL SOLUTIONS SAS) adheres to a strict privacy policy, as outlined in our Privacy Policy document. The Client's data privacy rights and the Provider's responsibilities are detailed in the Privacy Policy.
c. Service Availability:
While the Provider will make reasonable efforts to ensure uninterrupted service, there may be occasions when the service is temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or other factors.
d. Cancellation and Refunds:
The Client may cancel the service at any time by following the cancellation process outlined by the Provider. Refunds will be provided only in cases where the service is not as described or fails to function within a reasonable time frame. Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the initial payment.

4. Tariffs and payments. Description of services.
After registration, each user will have access to a trial VPN config. This config will be premium, but for 7 days.
After the expiration date, the config switches to the free version (with a speed limit of up to 1 megabit).
Users can buy premium plans.
Premium Plan Rates:
Prices in parentheses are monthly rates for one-time payments for 3, 6, or 12 months, respectively.
Discounts may be applied to rates for marketing purposes at the discretion of the company.
If the customer has a promo code, it can be used for partial or full payment of the selected tariff plan.
